Paring Knife (9.5 inch)
A small all purpose knife used for intricate cutting, peeling, mincing and dicing. Use for tasks that require fine detail, like trimming the ribs from peppers, hulling strawberries, or deveining shrimp. You can also use a paring knife to score your pies or cut simple straight lines or decorative shapes into the pastry.
Nakiri Knife (13.5 inch)
A Nakiri knife is a vegetable knife used primarily for chopping, slicing, and mincing vegetables. Nakiri knife is very popular among vegetarians.
Santoku Knife (13.4 inch)
